I'm here to tell you that: Pineapple Belongs on Pizza

I don't know about every one else, but I always seem to crave pizza. Don't get me wrong, I love delivery pizza and the pizza from the frozen section as much as the next person, but I prefer to make my own homemade pizza from scratch.

Lets start off with the crust.
Everyone knows that the crust really makes or breaks the pizza. So to make my pizza, I use the pre-made packaged dough that you just add water to.

This tends to lack flavor, so I always add extra seasonings and sometimes parmesan cheese to the flour like mixture before I add the water.
After you add the seasoning and/or cheese, you just follow the package instructions and add the correct amount of water. This is important because if you add to much it's runny but if you add too little, it's sticky.

Once it's the desired consistency, I put it on the pizza pan, brush use your hand to put olive oil on top and bake it in the oven while I prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Lets get Saucccy.
This is basically up to your own discretion and what type of sauce you prefer. I've tried regular red marinara, Alfredo and even cream cheese and they have all had really good results. My favorite by far is Alfredo.

For this, I also use the pre-made kind in the jar, mostly for connivence (cause i'm a busy college student and I don't have time to make my own from scratch). The jar usually isn't as tasty as it can be so I also add my own spices and heat it up in a pan before pouring it onto my crispy crust straight out of the oven.

Toppings (Aka 90% meat).
For toppings on my pizza, I usually just use whatever I have in the fridge. That always yields a different pizza every time I make it and sometimes some weird combinations.

My favorite toppings to add are pepperoni, sausage, PINEAPPLE, peppers, onions and at least 3 kinds of cheese. But a variety of different toppings can be used.

Finished Product.
Hopefully at the end of this you have a delicious pizza and you saved some money making it yourself instead of having it delivered. Here is a photo of my most recent creation, sorry it's not pretty but it's what's on the inside that counts and on the inside this pizza was amazing.
