That One Time I Made Horrible Avo Mac & Cheese

The Avo Queen is checking in with one of my first failed recipes.

 

Originally, I was excited to make a recipe that 5+ people have tagged me in on Facebook- Avocado Mac & Cheese, but the first bite proved to be horrible and the whole pot ended up in the trash can.

(My mom actually questioned why there was green pasta in the trash can and I had to tell her it was the most horrible thing i’ve ever made.)

I followed this recipe exactly how the video made it and the result was less than amazing.

In my opinion, there can’t be much done to make this recipe any better, but here are some suggestions:

1. Don’t make this recipe ever.
2. Don’t mix avocado and mac & cheese
3. Add bacon, broccoli, more cheese, chicken or anything BESIDES AVOCADO to your mac & cheese
